WIFI / CELL PHONES
WIFI is provided for your convenience. The bandwidth at Sunsetview is limited due to the trees and terrain. Therefore the WIFI should not be expected to function the same as your home or work networks. The hotspot does not reach everywhere in the Campground and it will not support streaming, online gaming, nor large downloads. It will allow you to email, browse the internet, and post on social media. Our connection is named hotspot. The codes can be obtained at the office at no cost, each device needs its own code.
Most major cell phone providers work well in the campground.
OFFICE/STORE WALK-UP WINDOW SERVICE
Offers: Camper and visitor registration, groceries, clothing, camp supplies,
firewood, and ice. Sorry, but we cannot lend sports equipment at this time.
Location: Campground Entrance.
Hours: Daily, 9:00AM to 7:00PM.
AFTER HOURS OFFICE AND INFORMATION CENTER
Offers: After hours registration, information on area attractions and a
lending library.
Use this facility to report an emergency or a problem if the office is not open. Call our emergency line (413) 668-7171.
Location: Campground entrance.
Hours: 24 hrs.
LAUNDROMAT
Offers: Energy saving coin operated washers & dryers.
Location: Next door to the office and camp store.
Hours: Daily, 9:00AM to 7:00PM.
GAME ROOM
Offers: Pool and Ping Pong tables, video games, vending machines and change machine.
Location: Behind camp office & store.
Hours: Closed for the season.
SWIMMING POOL
Offers: 33 X 50 in-ground with covered patio area. Open Memorial Day to the second weekend in September.
Location: At entrance of campground.
Hours: Daily: 10:00AM to 7:00PM.
(Closed from 4:00PM to 4:30PM for cleaning/maintenance.)
SWIMMING POND
Offers: Spring fed, aerated pond surrounded by sandy beach.
Location: Left of the main entrance behind the ball field.
Hours: Daylight Hours Only.
SNACK BAR
Offers: Basic snack bar menu featuring ice cream treats.

TEEN TOWER
Offers: Out of the way, lighted structure where teens can gather
to talk and play music.
Open only to those 13 years and older.
Location: Behind the ball field at the end of the pond.
Hours: Daily from 8:00AM to 10:30PM.
PLAYGROUND
Offers: Swings, slide, see-saw and more. Open only to children 12 and under and
their parent or guardian.
Location: Center of main camping area right next to main bathrooms and showers.
Hours: Daily from 10:00AM to 6:00PM.
RESTROOMS
Location: There are four restrooms, one by the laundry room, one by the pavilion, one by the
playground, and one in the wooded area. The restroom in the wooded are has two large sinks for
washing pots and pans. The main restroom is located at the center of the campground by the playground.
This is the only restroom with hot showers. The main restroom also
offers handicapped accessible shower and restrooms, as well as baby changing tables.
Hours: The main restroom closes from 11:00PM to 11:30PM for a complete cleaning. The main restroom also closes on Wednesdays from 10:30AM to 1:30PM for a major cleaning. Otherwise, all restrooms and showers are open 24 hours a day.
