Discounts
Senior Citizen Discount (62 years and older), deduct $50.00
$50.00 Discount if all payments are cash or check and on time.
Late Fees
A $100.00 Late Fee will be applied to overdue balances starting April 1, 2025.
Loss of site will result if payment in full is not received by May 1, 2025.
